As part of the ‘Entrepreneur Development Program’, participants are shortlisted for further training in India to gain international experience after completing their training in South Africa. This program has been a catalyst for other players in the industry on how to make the diamond industry in South Africa sustainable and encourage the new generation as proud custodians.
